There is little that can be said about this set of, to my
knowledge, never before seen 2 5/8" gas shades.
There are a toal of nine cavorting ancient
Egyptians and the pattern has no repeat. The
figures play instruments and toss a ball. This
is as excellent an example of the whimsical
Victorian approach to design as I have ever
seen on a gas shade.
