How To Order
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase request. I will send a Pay Pal invoice. You do not need an account to pay in Pay Pal. Pay Pal accepts any credit card as well as echecks. City Lights does not accept credit cards over the phone. You can also send a money order or certified check. I will contact you with the address of where to send money orders. I am very sorry we do not accept personal checks.
City Lights can ship anywhere in the world. For items one pound or under, we use USPS. For larger items, we use only UPS. If you have an account with any other shipper and would prefer we use them, please let us know. If an item is too large or too fragile to send by either USPS or UPS, we will use one of a variety of shippers who handle large antiques. All shipping and insurance costs are extra and are paid by the customer.

Although we have years of experience, sometimes breakage does occur. If you receive something that is broken, please save all packing materials and notify us immediately. You must hold on to all broken items and the carton(s) it came in so that City Lights may process a claim with the carrier.
Store Privacy Policies
We respect your privacy. Any information you submit to us will not be sold, traded, or given to any third party.
Any Item can be returned, for any reason, for a full refund if the item is mailed within one week of receiving the item and only after getting approval for the return with instructions from City Lights. Refunds will be only for the original cost of the item. Postage and handling is not refundable.
City Lights guarantees all of its lighting for one year. Within a year of purchase any defects that develop in the workmanship of the following will be repaired free of charge:
- Electrical: sockets, wiring, splices
- Mechanical: tapping, threading, soldering
- Finish: Polishing, painting, plating, patina
